Pole fitness, dance, acrobatics, stretching, aerial arts, and physical activities carry severe inherent dangers. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and assume these risks and release In Flux Arts LLC., its instructors, contractors, volunteers, and staff from liability for injuries or damages, except where prohibited by law.
